Danzig Loses His Cool Over a Photographer Shooting His Set at Bonnaroo

As reported by Antiquiet, ex-Misfits frontman Glenn Danzig freaked out at Bonnaroo this weekend when a photographer started snapping pictures during his performance in That Tent.  Apparently, Danzig reacted so strongly because he specifically requested that there be no media there to film or photograph his set.  Learn more and check out some videos capturing the ordeal after the jump.

Ben Howard Announces Fall 2012 Tour Dates

Breakout British singer-songwriter Ben Howard will be touring North America behind his debut album, Every Kingdom, this fall. The album debuted Top 10 on the UK charts and has since certified Gold. It was released on Communion Records, the label founded by Ben Lovett of Mumford and Sons.

Battles Announces Summer 2012 Tour Dates

Battles will be playing shows around the US in June, including an appearance at Bonnaroo. They recently released Dross Glop, a remix accompaniment to 2011’s critically acclaimed Gloss Drop. Dross Glop is available now as a four part 12” series, and on CD and digitally.

Second Death Confirmed At Bonnaroo Festival

Bonnaroo officials and the Coffee County Sheriff’s Department have confirmed that a second attendee at the 2011 music and arts festival has died.  According to Coffee County Sheriff Stephen Graves, the 24-year-old male died of hyperthermia.

Bonnaroo Reports on Death of Female Attendee at Festival Campground

The organizers of the annual Manchester, TN-based Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival confirmed yesterday that a 32-year-old woman, reportedly from somewhere near Pittsburgh, PA, was found dead at the festival’s campground site this past Thursday. Read more…
