The Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival has announced an addition to their line-up – The Lunar Stage. In the morning, the stage will feature a giant screen for fans to watch the World Cup. In the evening, it will be transformed into an outdoor dance party, highlighting performances by electronic artists and DJs.

Singer and songwriter Samantha Crain has announced the release of her second album, You (Understood), for June 8th via Ramseur Records. The record is a collection of songs about 16 people who influenced her during the entire process of creating the album. Former Tonight Show host, Conan O’Brien, has announced a comedy tour that will be hitting 30 major cities. O’Brien will be joined by his loyal sidekick, Andy Richter, and musicians of his Tonight Show band. The tour is also making a stop at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. Don’t expect a typical stand-up comedy show – expect “a night of music, comedy, hugging, and the occasional awkward silence.”

The 2010 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival (June 10 – 13) began to announce its initial lineup of artists earlier today. This year, the festival is announcing their lineup a bit differently and updating their Myspace every few minutes with a new artist. The Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival takes place in Manchester, TN every June on a 700-acre farm. Along with performances by artists from practically every genre, the Festival also designates 100-acres for other types of art including a classic arcade, on-site cinema, silent disco, comedy club, theater performers, a beer festival, and a music technology village.
