James Murphy Says LCD Soundsystem Final Show Live Album is in the Works

LCD Soundsystem bid the world adieu in April 2011 with a spectacular final show at Madison Square Garden that lasted for over three hours. This last set was thankfully captured for the documentary Shut Up and Play the Hits, but now LCD producer and mastermind James Murphy is taking the awesome a step further with his announcement he’ll be releasing a live album from that night.
