Apparently the Roots have nothing but time on their hands because between touring, recording two recent albums and appearing nightly on Jimmy Fallon, they’ve just finished scoring a soundtrack to a new indie film called “Night Catches Us.” The film takes place in Philadelphia (their hometown) in the 1970s and stars Anthony Mackie, Tariq Trotter and Kerry Washington.
