Caribou Announces World Tour

Caribou will be pleasing their fans this spring with a world tour in support of their April 20 release, Swim via Merge Records. The North American leg of the tour will begin on May 3 in Toronto and will conclude in London on June 16. Caribou’s live-set is said to be “a dramatic difference,” full of futristic technology. WSJ Confirms Apple’s $85M Lala Purchase

The Wall Street Journal has confirmed that Apple has purchased La La Media Inc. for $85 million dollars. Apple is planning to use La La Media Inc. to adapt a usage model that would allow consumers to access and manage their iTunes purchases directly through the Internet, without downloading the content in question or the iTunes software.
