Kurt Vile, the founding member of The War on Drugs, has just revealed the title of his upcoming album. Using graffiti art, the enigmatic musician revealed the new record’s name to be Wakin on a Pretty Daze. The album is a follow-up to the critically acclaimed, Smoke Ring for My Halo. According to the Philadelphia radio station XPN, Violators guitarist Jesse Trbovich posted a photo of the street art with Vile’s name and the title of the new album. In addition, Matador Records confirmed the album’s title and that the mural will be featured in the LP’s cover art.

The mural was created by Philly street artist, Steven Power (also known as ESPO).
