Phosphorescent Announces New Album For March 2013 Release and Release Stream of “Song for Zula”

Phosphorescent will be back in March 2013 with new album Muchacho. Listen now to single “Song for Zula” after the jump.

Phosphorescent is the band from singer/songwriter Matthew Houck, a man who is quietly mastering the Americana revival sound. Houck is a man who was compared to Willie Nelson so much he recorded a tribute album called To Willie. Phosphorescent just released the debut single from their forthcoming LP Muchacho due out in March 2013. The single is called “Song for Zula” and it can be streamed below. Muchacho will be Phosphorescent’s fifth studio album, the first since 2010’s Here’s To Taking It Easy.
