Mark Lanegan, Smoke River, Okkervil River and More Record Covers For Tribute Album Reason To Believe – The Songs of Tim Hardin Set for February 2013 Release
Reason to Believe, a tribute album for songwriter Tim Hardin, is set to be released February 2013. The album features specially recorded cover versions from Mark Lanegan, Smoke River, Okkervil River, and many others.

Hardin, who passed away in 1980, was a folk singer-songwriter from Oregon. Artists of the likes of Johnny Cash, Paul Weller, Nico, and Echo and the Bunnymen have all been inspired by Hardin. The album also features cover art from Miles Johnson, a former collaborator of Jack White’s.
