M.I.A has just released a portion of the lyrics from a new song. Recently, a group of fans collectively tweeted a series of criticisms about her new music. She responded by emailing them back her new track, “atTENTion” and it has since been leaked onto Youtube.
The lyrics read:
The fullest attempt in my intent/ Is to let you know what is important/ My existence is militant/ Cause my content bangs like it’s potent.
The release date for the new album, Mathangi, is still unknown.
