Listen: The National Cover Isham Jones and The Ray Miller’s “I’ll See You In My Dreams” For Boardwalk Empire Episode

The classic ’20’s tune “I’ll See You In My Dreams” has been brought back to life by indie rockers The National.

The song, which you can listen to here, will be used on HBO’s critically acclaimed series, “Boardwalk Empire,” which is set during the Prohibition. This will not be The National’s first time in the bright lights, however, as they opened for President Obama during several rallies throughout his national campaign earlier this month.  Originally performed by Isham Jones and Ray Miller’s orchestra, the cover includes accompaniment by Vince Giordano and The Nighthawks.
