Listen: Prurient Release New Single “I Understand You”

Hydra Head will be ending its two decade run of cutting edge extreme music with a full length split between Prurient and JK Flesh (featuring Justin Broderick of Godflesh), titled Worship is the Cleansing of the Imagination. Check it out here.

Prurient runs an ambient keyboard melody over a run of distorted noise over it for seven minutes. While eulogistic vibes come into play throughout this piece, the distortion is let loose until its very end and gives it an artistic feel to it.
