The song was specifically created for Red Nose Day: Comedy for Cure Kids and has since gone viral. The first five minutes of the video is a compilation of Clement and McKenzie’s interviews with schoolchildren Clyde Quay School in Wellington, New Zealand, and Grey Lynn School in Auckland, New Zealand, according to The New Zealand Herald.

The duo asked a wide range of questions such as, “Where does the bank get their money?” and “What kind of music is hip with the kids?” The children were even prompted to assist with making song lyrics. From these conversations resulted in the performance of “Feel Inside (And Stuff Like That)” featured at the end of the video.

Aside from the featured cuteness and innocence of the little children, other artists and musicians joined in on the recording of this song and are featured in the video. Featured artists include Peter Ulrich, Nathan King, PNC, Boh Runga, Zowie, Savage, Elizabeth Marvelly, Dave Dobbyn, and Anika Moa, as listed by The New Zealand Herald.
