Baroness Reports Health Update After Tour Bus Crash
Baroness has been involved in a serious bus crash and have cancelled their remaining European tour dates.
Metal band Baroness has gotten into a serious bus crash near Bath, England. The bus crash and fell over 30 feet over a viaduct seriously injuring two people. It is still unclear what exactly caused the accident but there are reports of heavy rain and a lacking visibility. The band members were treated at the hospital and were forced to cancel the rest of their European tour.
Frontman John Baizley broke his left arm and left leg. Drummer Allen Blickle and bassist Matt Maggioni each suffered fractured vertebrae. The driver of the bus remains in critical condition and a crew member is still undergoing testing. Guitarist Pete Adams and the rest of the crew members have been treated and released from the hospital.
Baroness has been touring in support of their acclaimed album Yellow & Green. We wish them a speedy and healthy recovery.
