Voodoo Music Experience Announces Initial 2012 Lineup Featuring Neil Young & Crazy Horse, Skrillex, Tomahawk and More

Green Day and Neil Young & Crazy Horse, Skrillex, Justice, Tomahawk, Say Anything, Bootsy Collins, Gary Clark Jr and Preservation Hall Jazz Band were a few of the acts announced to take care of this year’s The Voodoo Music and Arts Experience. Presented By Stephen Rehage in New Orleans on October 26-28, 2012. This year marks the 14th consecutive year of the event.
Green Day will be headlining the event after previously appearing in 2004. Their most recent appearance in New Orleans was at the re-opening of the Louisiana Superdome in 2006.
The complete list of the 150 acts performing will be unveiled in the coming months.
Tickets for the 2012 Voodoo are now available via www.thedoodooexperience.com. Three-day weekend GA tickets are $175; LOA Lounge VIP three-day-pass are $500 and LOA Lounge VIP three-day pass with parking are $550. On-site camping will be offered to Voodoo attendees starting this year. All details on camping options, rules and regulations can be found on the website.
