Starting just before 10:00 p.m., the fight broke out close to Luke Easter Park, where the eighth annual Unity in the Park Festival had just concluded.  Reportedly a large fight, shots from a handgun were fired into the raging gang of people by an unknown gunman.

The gunman fired several shots into the crowd, ultimately hitting a 16-year-old boy in the head, a 20-year-old woman in the neck, and a 14-year-old boy and 23-year old man each in the left leg.  At the time of this report, the victims have not yet been identified by name.

It is currently uncertain how long after the concert the shooting began and how many people were in the area.

The shooting victims were quickly transported to the Cleveland MetroHealth Medical Center, where the unnamed 16-year-old who was shot in the head passed away early on Sunday.  The conditions of the other three victims are currently unknown.

No arrests have yet been made in the shooting.
