Former Black Sabbath bassist Geezer Butler issued a statement on Thursday addressing rumors that the band is set to reunite.

“I would like to make it clear, because of mounting speculation and rumours, that there will be definitely no reunion of all four original members of Black Sabbath, whether to record an album or to tour.”

Though Butler was previously involved with Heaven & Hell with Sabbath alum Tony Iommi, the last time he played with the Black Sabbath was for 1997’s Ozzfest.
