The New Regime Announce New Album
January 25th, 2011
The New Regime, a one man outfit created by Illan Rubin, plans to release its new album on April 26, 2011.
Rubin, only twenty two years old, has played in such bands as the Lostprophets and Nine Inch Nails. Now, he is getting ready to release Speak Through the White Noise, which is comprised songs he has written, played, and sung himself.
Rubin hopes to examine the atmosphere of fear and anxiety in America through this album and offers tracks like “Live in Fear” and “Enjoy the Bitterness” to get his message across and showcase his vocal and instrumental talents.
