Rock The Bells Adds Lauryn Hill, Snoop Dogg and A Tribe Called Quest

Though we may have jumped the gun a bit, it now appears to be fact that Lauryn Hill and A Tribe Called Quest will be playing with this year’s Rock The Bells tour – and Snoop Dogg will be joining them, too.Hill will not be playing The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill in its entirety, as previously reported, but her set will be “prepared exclusively for the festival featuring songs from her critically acclaimed album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, spanning through her work with The Fugees and more.”

Snoop Dogg will be performing his quadruple-platinum debut album Doggystyle in its entirety for the first time ever, and be joined by Warren G, Tha Dogg Pound, lady of Rage and RBX.

A Tribe Called Quest will perform at all four of Rock the Bell’s 2010 shows, while Hill and Snoop will perform everywhere besides San Francisco and Los Angeles, respectively.

Tickets can be purchase here.

Rock the Bells tour dates are the following:

8/21 – NOS Events Center – San Bernadino, CA
8/22 – Shoreline Amphitheater – Mountain View, CA
8/28 – Governors Island – New York, NY
8/29 – Merriweather Post Pavilion – Columbia, MD
