LA Weekly’s first LA 101 event was held at the Gibson Amphitheater at Universal Studios. Performances by local band Dengue Fever, Matt & Kim and Oregon veterans The Dandy Warhols were followed by a homecoming gig for Los Angeles favorites the Silversun Pickups, playing their first LA concert in a long time.
